PRIVACY NOTICE AND EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(hereinafter “INTECH”) for the processing of Personal Data collected by any means, whether virtual, personal, telephone or other, referring to my personal information, which I declare I have provided voluntarily and is complete, reliable, exact and true; in the following terms:

INTECH, a private company, in compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and our Personal Data Processing Policy, informs you that the use and management of Personal Data that will be included in INTECH databases It is carried out under strict standards of responsibility and seriousness.

Personal data such as: names and surnames, identification number, gender, date of birth, residence address, telephone and cell phone numbers, email, employment data, family data and academic training data of users, clients, suppliers, contractors, employees and the general public of INTECH, are used to fulfill the corporate purpose of the Company and specifically to: i) Promote, organize and carry out in Bogotá or any other city in the country or abroad, fairs, exhibitions, conventions and events of a local, national and international nature of an industrial, commercial, agricultural, cultural, artistic, recreational, sports, political, academic, scientific or similar exchange, directly or in association with third parties; ii) provide our services and execute the contracts signed with INTECH; iii) make the required accounting and tax records; iv) make reports to control and surveillance authorities, governmental or judicial entities at their express request; v) achieve efficient communication related to our products, services, offers, promotions, alliances, studies, contests, content, as well as those of contractors in charge of providing services, and to facilitate general access to their information; vii) study the information provided by the holders for the monitoring and/or improvement of membership, service, administration, security or care conditions and, in general, evaluate the quality of the service; viii) allow access to INTECH facilities and any of its offices; ix) verify the data by consulting public databases or risk centers; x) share with third parties who collaborate with the Company and who must access the information to some extent in order to fulfill their functions; xi) any other purpose that may result in the development of the contract or commercial or employment relationship between INTECH and the Owner.

The mechanisms through which these data are stored are secure and guarantee their confidentiality, because the appropriate technological means are available to prevent access to them by unauthorized third parties.

The Holders of personal information included in databases have the following rights regarding its processing: (i) Know, update and rectify the information collected; (ii) Request, at any time, that your information be rectified, modified, updated or deleted; (iii) Request proof of the authorization issued by the Owner, except as provided in Law 1581 of 2012; (iv) Be informed, upon request, regarding the uses applied to your personal data; (v) With compliance with the legal requirements, submit complaints to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce for violations in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and the other regulations that modify, add or complement it; (vi) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data and its administration, in cases of violation of constitutional and legal rights and guarantees; (vii) Access your disclosed personal data free of charge; and (viii) Require confidentiality and confidentiality of the information provided.
